Experience
Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hobart College in 2017, where he was a captain of the Men’s Cross Country Team. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Daniel interned for the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, counseling clients below the poverty line through the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy process. He also interned for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Prior to joining D’Arcy Johnson Day, Daniel was a shareholder at a workers’ compensation defense firm in New Jersey. He litigated all aspects of workers’ compensation matters on behalf of employers, self-insured companies and insurance carriers. At D’Arcy Johnson Day, Daniel focuses his practice on representing injured workers and helping them obtain the medical treatment, wage replacement and compensation that they are entitled to and deserve. He utilizes his experience and understanding of the tactics and practices of insurance companies to benefit his clients. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
