Dominic DePamphilis attended Franklin & Marshall College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Government, and graduated cum laude from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. He earned a number of honors at Rutgers School of Law – Camden, including Dean’s List recognition, Top Ten Brief and Octofinalist awards in Hunter Moot Court, and the Best Oralist award in 1L Moot Court. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, Dominic clerked with the Honorable William E. Nugent, J.S.C.
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Dominic focuses his practice on personal injury lawsuits, including automobile accidents, injuries resulting from assault and other intentional torts, premises liability, dog bites, negligent security, suits against public entities, and claims against bars, taverns and other establishments where alcohol is sold. Dominic is well versed in every aspect of personal injury law, from medical records review and investigation to trial appearances and appellate practice.
Dominic is also a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, a distinction achieved by fewer than 2% of all lawyers licensed in New Jersey.
A member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and Atlantic County Bar Association, Dominic is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Vincent S. Hanneman American Inns of Court.
